Setting the charts up
It Locus charts are extremely flexible in style and settings.
The Charts setup window that is used to set general preferences is
achievable from either Main window's "File" -> "New
chart window" menu item (a hot key Ctrl+N or a button
may be used too), or from the existing chart window.
When a chart opened, one may change its style using the buttons
on top of it or the Graph style and Chart style dialog
windows.

Most of the settings are self-explanatory. Here are some of them:
- Data provider: a source for data is selected here
and basic timescale (1 minute, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month) and period
are selected here. Say, to have a 5-minutes chart, chose a minute
as a basic timescale and 5 for period.
- Chart style:
This dialog sets the general layout for charts, like the colors
and fonts used, how thick should be the lines, if a grid is to be
drawn, etc. The time displayed may be either Local time, EST or GMT.
Here the settings for individual graphs are set.
The setting an all these dialogs may be saved for future use
and set as default.
